Ms. Grace Lee is a Partner and the Group COO of Qiming Venture Partners, overseeing the firm’s financial and legal operations. Grace also takes part in Qiming USD funds’ investor relationships function.
Prior to joining Qiming Venture Partners, Grace used to serve as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of Regulatory Affairs at C.V. Starr Asia, coordinating financial and regulatory matters, and managing the company’s strategic listed equity portfolio.
Grace has 14 years of experience in private equity and listed equity investments. Grace has served as Vice President of Investment at JAFCO Asia and Assistant Investment Director of Paribas Principal Investments. Grace worked as an auditor at Andersen Certified Public Accountants in her early career.
Grace is a fellow member of HKICPA and a CFA charterholder.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London.
